“Send at” option allows you to send remainder at that selected date and time.
“Send now And Remind at” option sends the reminder immediately and allows the other user to accept or cancel the reminder.
Accepting it sets the reminder and Declining doesnt sets the reminder.
One more fantastic feature is that you will be notified of acceptance or declining of the reminder you sent.
The person to whom you sent the Cue will be reminded at the specified time with the specified message.
